Farcehosts fiasco update 21/01/2008:
I sent them a cancellation notice (filled in their emailed form and returned as instructed) 10/01/08, they confirmed receipt 11/01/08, and what do you know, today 21/01/08 they have billed me again for another month! I'm starting to get a little cross now!
Fasthosts = incompetent, dont give a damn, just want your money bunch of useless fools. Anyone think of using them - STAY AWAY!!!!!
Apologies for my rants but I want others to know the truth and be warned! I do so wish I'd gone elsewhere...
