It's a good guide, but a lot of servers can't provide phone support. How is $10 or less for 2GB or more too cheap? If anything, considering how popular the web hosting industry is now, that's quite cheap. Of course, my message is quite unreasonable considering how long ago this post was written. So, pretending this is 2004. Good job, that is a wonderful guide.
