I dont know much about the tech side of things so i need a web hosting company that can offer good advice and customer service for an ecommerce websight. Can anyone recommend one in the UK? The one I have at the moment doesnt seem to offer any advice on defending against hackers to my files etc..... I have constant problems with finding files containing words that shouldn't be there like ....viagra, diamler chrysler, legal firmsetc...... and I dont know how they got there. No one at the host company seems to be able to explain how they got there. I am also not confident enough to go in and remove them as I am not tech aware!!!!
