Stormbitch is on a distinguished road
I have to say whoever hosts this forum should be a rich man! To have this amount of content in a matter of hours is astonishing as a measure of intelligent users!!!! Not only that but helpful.

Point two Notes: I did one of those special reports last night with a Tech man where you research the actual location of a site, and we conducted a number of Google searches for items or businesses we know to be in the US. These did show up in Google. We also considered the factor that if "Joe" wants to find a hotel or company in America and types in the brand name to the search this is still shown in the Google.co.uk listing. Yes granted there are potentially IP policies in place. But geographically limiting the searches would almost render the google a rather useless Local Yellow pages. Similarly when looking at sites like CNN which are clearly located in the US ( we checked with the google map and IP trace ) this is still shown in Google.co.uk
Hence I am now thinking that the IP based Google algorythm policy is an unproven theory. Yes those sites with Relays in the UK like Amazon will auto redirect you tothe UK servers using a Google search but the .com is still the 3rd option down. Perhaps in this case my purchasing the .co.uk domains also will potentially allow me to redirect customers.

Point one notes: I love the sarcasm, and his none offence when he was hinting to sell me something. However I have sent an email to his company to see how they react to my questions ( buying signals ) More appropriately I did also check out the big red banner, who paid to get my lead! And sadly they are inept at reading a customers email and responding in a specific way to my questions. Which when using Host Gator for example I have not had. Again I am waiting for an email back from the big red company.. as I was less than impressed with a "I don't know" or "Cannot confirm" type email. Rule number one in sales... qualify the clients needs, but never say "I don't know" However this is one person and hence I dont wish to vilify their repute on here as they seem to have a good product offering on the surface.

Irritatingly from others they are unable to show me examples due to the data protection act. Which is the daftest sales principal on the planet. If I plan to spend £1200 on a settee in DFS I am not going to buy a picture or list of colours and spec. There is no hard ship offering a cleint a discount to provide them with a reference portal.

I will also check 49pence although the company name scares me alot! Its like buying a car from a company called Cheapcars.
Again this is only my opinion and I make this joke with no knowledge or experience of the company , nor would I deter anyone from using the company.

As for the time difference this is of less importance. As I am happy to speak to someone at 9pm at night who would be there rather than someone in Reading who is behind a call centre. But yes preferably if I can find this in the UK and I like them and their politeness then I am buying

By all means if you have experience, URLS, or prices to share please do. There is nothing wrong with recommendations.
