Not used it - but visited it about 6 months or so ago and although they were still fitting it out it looked like they were doing a decent enough job of it.
It's in a crap area but it's inside a compound so security should be ok (assuming they put enough guards on). They were too vague on who has fibre in and out of the building which put us off.
