I had problems with them,

i was a few days late paying my invoice, so they charged my bank account £23 for late payment

phoned customer services and said, i want to cancel the account, they asked why and i said, due to late payment fee of £23.50

they said, are you happy with the service part from the late payment fee, I said yes had no downtime.

So they said, they will refund the £23.50
