I need hosting with following requirements
1. Would require unique 10 IPs each from a separate C class for hosting 10 sites each on dedicated static IPs for
SEO purposes.
2. IPs will have to be clean
3. All sites to be hosted on Cpanel only.
4. PHP 4x with MySQL 4x
5. php settings should be similar to as provided at
http://www.communiqs.com/phpinfo.php
6. Cpanel, Live Stats, Sub domain creation feature etc.
7. Email Accounts / POP Access.
8. Need custom Apache Handlers from Cpanel as
All sites have user defined apache handlers such as

.htm application/x-httpd-php
.xml application/x-httpd-php
9. Need facility for custom name servers i.e.
We need all the sites to have custom name servers for example for the site
www.sitename.com the name servers to be created would be
ns1.sitename.com
ns2.sitename.com
www.sitename1.com the name servers to be created would be
ns1.sitename1.com
ns2.sitename1.com
www.sitename2.com the name servers to be created would be
ns1.sitename2.com
ns2.sitename2.com
and so on
. for all sites
