*IIRC* the 24e3 can't support SSH as it's a non i-series chipset box. You need an ISeries or newer box to support 'advanced' things like lacp/ssh/etc (lacp and a few other features I'm sure about, and I'm pretty sure it's the same story with ssh - in fact, I can't actually recall if the original extremeware ever did ssh, off the top of my head - I know XOS does, though)

You don't want a web interface anyway. Extreme's CLI is quirky but not too difficult to wrap your head around.
