Your only option is to invest in a time machine, sadly they are not known to exist yet.

Your best bet would be to talk to a host that is a Microsoft service provider, as they can provide Win2k3 & MSSQL licences for monthly fees.... although the server *has* to be hosted by them (eg they cannot sell the licence for a one off fee). If you are looking at using Windows Authentication then you might run into problems, it's not usually the preferred way forward.... i'd suggest perhaps looking into forms based authentication in asp.net.
