Sync2nas is a handy windows front end / gui for rsync. It comes as an installer, no need to install cygwin seperately. I think if you've got quantities of data like that rsync is ideal as it will only send what's changed. You could mount the NAS drive and run it locally as a scheduled task.
Thanks for the link - just been playing about with it and it looks really good. I was looking for something like this for use with a couple of clients networks - cheers!
