Another one for SmarterStats - at the price you really cant complain and I think its a lot easier to use that AWStats... complement SS with Google Analystics and your be well away.

I beleive you can get hold of 50 domain SS license for around 90 quid + vat at the moment.. unless you own a HELM license then you can get it free
