We can install most Linux Operating Systems (OS) including CentOS, Redhat Fedora, Redhat Enterprise, Debian and FreeBSD. We also offer Microsoft Windows 2003 and 2008 Server for an additional monthly cost.
Linux servers can benefit from popular webhosting control panels, such as cPanel and Webmin, which give you and your users total control over the server without having to worry about command line configurations. cPanel is ideal if you are new to operating a dedicated server, as it allows most functions to be controlled via the web interface.
All Windows servers will be installed and fully patched to the latest recommended levels, with VNC and/or Remote Desktop installed and enabled (Windows servers only) for quick and easy remote administrator access to your server. We also mirror the I386 folder onto the server desktop, so if you need to make any changes to the OS level the installation files are readily available for you to use.
Linux servers will be supplied with full root access, and by default we enable shell access via SSH. You can ‘SSH’ into your server using popular SSH clients such as PuTTY.
