Just plug a decent Microsoft USB mouse into the Mac. Problem solved. .

I'm using a Microsoft mouse with mine, although all the new Apple mice have right click. Even if they don't you just press ctrl and left click.

We only use Macs in the office and on our laptops, and if we have to use a Windows application for something, well we just run Windows within OS X

Apart from when you're trying to use the Mac RD client, in which case if you've only got a 1 button mouse, you're stuffed for a right click as ctrl+click doesn't work in it

Thats a fault of Microsoft and how they chose to build the client, not Apple's

Not really a fault as such, because Windows relies on Ctrl+Click for a few things. Found the way around it, enable two finger tap for right click, solves the problem.

Why would the omission of a mouse button make a computer untrustworthy? Faulty memory, or a dodgy hard drive maybe, but not a mouse button.
I use windows / os x and linux on a very regular basis. They're much of a muchness I think.

Actually, I got a replacement mouse that had a trackball in the middle instead of a scroll-wheel. That was pants as well.

Which is why I always buy MS mice, lol.

Ah, I stand corrected, they did think about it ;-)

I'm using a Microsoft Trackball Explorer ... discontinued now ... I'll be gutted if it dies!
