Bulksms.co.uk are the cheapest I've come across and their features look pretty good. I did a couple of test messages today and got both the message and the reply in a few seconds. They've got HTTP and email APIs. Has anyone tried them recently?

Can you actually get a signal to a modem in a DC? Whenever I've tried to make/receive calls in BlueSquare or Node4 the signal is really low or non-existent. I would have thought it would be even worse inside a rack.
No problems at all in a rack in Meridian... not tried the gsm modems elsewhere though. I know T-mobile 3G is (or rather was.. not tried for a while) pretty ropey in BSQ3 though, but not sure about GSM. Should be ok.. signal is fine on orange
