Advise on selling company

Hello,

I currently own a hosting company which sells Dedicated Servers, Colocation & Rack Space. We currently own around 30 dedicated servers specifications ranges from single to quad core machines, some dell branded machines, 1,2,4,8GB ram machines up to 500GB Hard drives in all machines.

I am looking to sell as i have been in hosting for 5 years now i started off in web hosting but i am wanting to sell due to other commitments and another business i run.

by own do you mean that you rent the dedicateds from elsewhere or you actually own the hardware and colocate it?

Sorry i mean i own the hardware/dedicated servers i don't rent and i colocate in the 2 racks we have at the moment which is divided by our own hardware and colocation customers.

You'll want to list

no of clients
no of domains sold (by tld)
no of hosting accounts
no of resellers
no of dedicateds and what they pay and what for
no of colo clients and what they pay and what for

income (last 12months)
profit (last 12 months)
annual accounts (last 3 if available)

list of hardware assets
list of software licences
list of suppliers and contracts

domains included (count of - only give out the names after the NDA)
website/design included

what support system you use and how many tickets/month average last 3 months
what invoicing system you use
what timescale you're looking for in a handover

any requirements you have in the new "owners" i.e.
in business x years
established uk/us/ca/fr ltd company
in-house support or non-english speaking outsourced muppets
etc etc
