I have come to a road block, I run the free hosting service ezeserv.com, but do not know what to do next with it, ideally I would like to monetize the site, but don't know, I am looking for someone with the knowledge, experience and expertise to take it a stage further.

Well imo free hosts don't make any money, how many 'customers' do you have and what do they get ?

Is no money being made off the current sites hosted? If no, how are you covering costs, or is it a very small operation?

Out of interest, why did you set up a free hosting business if you didn't have any plan to make a single £ out of it?

Are the customers expecting their accounts to be free forever or did you make it clear that they would have to start paying at some point.

What additional features do you offer them, could you start to offer extra paid services to your free customers?

Looking at your web site it looks like you offer paid packages as well, what is the take up of those? The whole main page of your site is promoting the free hosting and I am not sure where you intended to make money or even support your customers when you started the company.
