Let me say what kind of problem we had recently:

We signed up a contract with a university opening a small lab , so their computer students can actually work for a few hrs a day being Jr Support. Something really stupid in my oppinion. Anyways some of those guys decided to go and become resellers , I can tell that by the ammount of accounts some of them signed up , nothing bad at all ...unfortunatelly , some of those guys used to spam forums and users on the E-mail saying how good is to buy hosting from us , a policy that our company is strictly abusing. After we had a signal from some of our custoemrs that spamming is being made from our IP address (the one from the lab in the Uni) we restricted the access from there , now as we tried to officially sign up our Support account to the forums so there is no missunderstanding about those issuses , we have met another trouble, for example on WHT the moderators believe we are the spammers ourselves and our account has been disabled. We asked them for help and give us some personal info of the spammer such as email or something so we can trace the students , they refused - I believe they are right for themselves, but our account will not be resumed , this might end up in someone else from the resellers spamming again , isn't it better if we just have an account like this one here - an official one ???

Well, has anyone had the same or similar experience ??
