Anyone offer per ticket support?

Hi Guys,

We are looking for an organisation that can offer hosting support on a £ per ticket basis. Ideally we want a company that covers multiple hours, and so dealing with an individual is not ideal.

There are alot of companies that offer per ticket prices, but they have a monthly fee as well or you buy tickets in bulk that expire each month.

In summary we want :-

- A company that offers support 24/7
- Per ticket prices
- No expiry date on ticket purchases
- No monthly fee

We do not want any added extras. Nothing complicated, just a simple price per ticket.

Can anyone suggest any companies that do this?

I've heard they are very good.

Also bobcares.com or .org (not sure), they are supposed to be good, but they are $$$.

We used bobcares a couple of years ago and had a bad experience. We decided after that to build our internal support team which is what we've done and is working well.
