Thread: game server help

Right i have a small problem my gameservers have been running fine for weeks but now all of a sudden 2 members in my clan complain about the server not responding have any of you had this problem they both complained at the same time but other members including myself canot see a problem with the server.
It only appears on my servers any1 had this problem before or know a fix.

Sorry all for wasting a thread it seems they can connect now after they restarted steam must have been a glitch at thier end sorry delete this thread if you want. Sorry for wsating time.

What games are they? What OS are they running on? Is the process still running? Does the server only appear to not be running for certain members?

If the latter, it's probably a routing issue.
