Anyone got any experience of their dedicated offerings?

I picked up one of their 40 quid a month 123-serv boxes for a few personal sites (nothing client facing):

I have to say on the technical side of things, I'm impressed. I say on the technical side because so far, I don't think anyone actually works there...

I've got a couple of support tickets sitting there, one I closed myself after 5 days having solved the problem myself - the other is currently sitting at 3 days (and counting), neither with any staff contact what so ever.

Just wondering if this is normal?

It's cheap, and I subscribe to the "you get what you pay for" school of thought - like I say it's only for some personal sites. I'd be considering ditching them to be honest if it wasn't for the fact that the technical service is so good.

I'd rather have a decentish VPS for my £40 per month.

Like you say, you get what you pay for. As long as you realise this you can't go wrong.
