Hi guys

First post here. I'm looking at reselling webspace - but has anyone come across a facility located in the UK that is offering a 'reseller vps' package. Basically I want to resell vps services. In addition to this, it'd be great if it was a whitelabel service too. Yeah i know that's a big ask..... but has anyone come across such a service?

You wont find any mainstream facilities selling this, but I'm sure you'll find a plethora of providers who will be able to fulfill your requirements.

If you drop a post in the Requests for Products and Services section you'll be inundated with offers.

You'll be hard pushed to find more than 1 or 2 people willing to give recommendation's (mainly as the majority of members on here ARE providers themselves)

Can you not get some rackspace and do it yourself?

Otherwise can it be done remotely using a Dedicated server broken ito VPSs or are VPS software (virtuozzo) OSs themselves?

Whitelabel VPS services certainly do exist.

It's not that simple. To offer a reliable, solid VPS service you need a complete undersanding of the technology and considerable investment in infrastructure (software, hardware, network, 24x7 staff, etc.). There are many cowboys around offering useless VPS services because they do not have a clue what they are doing. If you don't have a lot of time, money and desire to setup your own VPS infrastructure, I would strongly suggest contacting a respected VPS provider and asking if they can assist you, rather than risking your own business reputation by using an inexperienced provider.

You will find a lot of VPS companies providing reseller programs now. I'd look at some with HSPcomplete or PEM (if you want to resell Virtuozzo VPSs) and see if you can get a reseller license within those to do automated setups.
