We've had an office on-site since early January, first tenants - so if you need any remote hands... We don't have any racks downstairs yet as we had spare space elsewhere, but will be moving some kit there soon as we're about at capacity. They seem to be doing a good job with the place.
I've not seen any security issues and I'm there every day. I've not had any problems around the facility either walking around - it feels safe enough, though I haven't tested that theory with a laptop over my shoulder yet.
There's a perimiter fence/gate with access card entry and CCTV cover, then the building itself is pretty well secured from vehicle entry, strengthened glass, multiple layers of doors, card, biometric and visual ID for entry to datafloor, etc.
