Try posting in the requests section including power, intelligent hands and ascess requirements, as well as some kind of idea of what kind of SLA you are looking for (cheap not important, or mission critical!)

Right in London or the London area?

If you are happy to go just a bit further out (just outside the M25) I can recommend RapidSwitch. I haven't been with them that long, only a few months, but their support in getting everything set up was good and the network connection, price and facilities are all excellent.

They certainly offer some cool colocation, my CPU is reporting 15 degrees.

Also they recently upgraded all their dedicated plans from 3TB a month bandwidth to 10TB, I'm really hoping they will be doing the same for their colocation plans. Any chance of that RapidSwitch?

I had few servers reporting CPU temperatures as low as 10c before. Not one off's either. Few years ago now, back when you could chill a drink at a bottom of a rack in Telehouse

We regularly see 15-18C CPU tempts at idle (<10%) on our servers.

The DC room doesn't need to be that cold - think about it, you go outside and it's 0C, but because of the wind it can actually reduce temps to -10C, because the air is moving and there are pressure differentials. Also the air in a typical DC room is that which is waiting to go back to the return intake of the air handlers - The air coming out the vents is usually a lot colder (I guess that depends if the DC you're in only puts vent holes under the racks though).
