You would. But to be honest DNS on your host boxes is IMO a bit mad. There are plenty here that would offer DNS and a control panel for very little cash and I'm sure many have distributed DNS. Ours are 230 miles apart with different AS's and carriers. I'm sure some have them countries apart too. Perhaps a request, in the requests section for some DNS services is needed.

Running two different control panels on the two servers is going to make things really complicated. lxa and cpanel use different directory structures. With two cpanel servers you could load balance them with simple DNS rules.

A round robin DNS configuration should not be relied upon to load balance anything.

Round robin is not the only option. Different nameservers can point to different IP's for the same website. With a low TTL individual DNS servers can be told to drop the IP's belonging to the server thats down.

doing anything like this at the DNS level is unadvisable (imo) given lots of ISPs ignore TTLs altogether.
