    UK VPS with remote desktop access?

    Hi,

    I'm after a windows 2003/2008 server in the UK
    I need to be able to remote desktop onto it to manage websites etc

    i think the cheapest way to do this is with a VPS (correct me if i'm wrong)

    I know you get what you pay for, but cost is a big issue, so i'm after a list of 3 companies that are consistently good with price and value for money

    looking for at least 2 gig of ram, the rest is negotiable

    ideally, i'd like to hear from people with personal experience/seen the same companies popping up, and not companies advertising themselves/reseller

    If you're looking for recommendations then here might not be the best of places. Most on here are hosting companies themselves, but if you do want any quotes then you might want to put a post into 'Requests for services'.

    What kind of price are you looking at? There are a few options out there, but for a VPS with 2GB ram, you might be worth looking at a low end dedicated server.

    ideally a max of 35, but if that is unreasonable then a max of 50

    90% of the users here are hosts themselves, you're unlikely to receive much feedback. And those hosts who provide a poor service don't usually hang around for long and certainly don't post 'Request for Products' forum. You should be safe with what responses to get.
