Via telnet, menu 3 (System) then menu 6 (About System).

APC doesn't has an fix for that
so it's better to disable telnet
according to apc the firmware i have there is fixed. tho i keep mine disabled anyway.

better protect then fix it when the trouble show up.
I find a lot of APC's who are wide open.
have you tried finding an uptodate firmware on the apc website? it's bloody hard and most people don't know how to update them either!
