I do recommend DreamHost.com. It's fast and reliable. I've 5 sites hosted by them for more than 4 years, none of them has ever been shot down. In addition, by entering the promo code DISCOUNT50PROMO at the setup page, you can get a host and a domain together with only $69 instead the standard price of $119(if you get the yearly plan).
DreamHost offers unlimited storage space and bandwidth for the next 30 customers, and is one of wordpress recommended hosts on the net. Good Luck
