Unhappy Ghoulnet (gnhosting)

Subject:

Hi,

Has anyone been able to contact Ghoulnet (GNHosting) ?

Does anyone know what has happened to them, as I have been trying to get in contact with them since the 8th February 2007 by email and phone, but not getting any replies

Try using another email to reach them. Maybe try call another day..probably during the weekday.

I too have been trying to contact them, to arrange a number of Domain Name transfers, for several days now
The latest I have is that they will respond to all their support on Tuesday 06 May, at the earliest

Hello,

This company has most definatly, gone under! If your domain is a .uk, speak to Nominet and get the TAG changed, there is a fee of £10.00 to do this.

Yup - we have had 10 - 20 of their x customers transfer to us, all with the same story. No phones lines being answer, no support tickets being answered. All required Disputes with Nominet.

They have had a bit of a reputation for a while now about not answering support tickets or being rather slow.

I thought they pulled Telephone contact last year?

I wouldn't of thought they would re-do their website on the 1st and then go out of business .... That would seem a rather odd thing todo for such a long established company.

Ive only gone on what people have told me. Either way, I am sure theres a reasonable explination, the guy may have a *normal* job now and just cant get to a computer or something.

Don't worry, it's just Richard asserting his knowledge (or lack of) as fact again. Unless you know for sure a company has gone under, it's not a good idea to say they have - that's how you end up giving your house to solicitors.
