Hello alHello all, I have decided to go ahead and sell one of my websites. It's a link directory with almost 700 links already added into the database by visitors. There are about 10-15 new links added daily since I started doing a little advertising for it and I expect the featured link sales will climb soon too.

I am also including free hosting for 1 yr! Thats a $30 value right there!

What's included:
1. You get the domain name XL7.US (reg'd at DomainSite.com = Expires on 2008-08-29 (XL7 is a type of car, the Nissan XL7 SUV I think)

2. The PHPLD license that is licensed to XL7.us ($25 dollar value)

3. The website and all files. Basically I will give you the cPanel login info and all the files associated with the account so you can do whatever you want with it!

4. FREE HOSTING FOR 1 YEAR! The hosting account will be our Mini Plan and will be free for 1 year. If you want to move it to your server, that's fine too!

5. Free Logo Design! If you want me to, I will create a new custom logo for you free of charge (A $50 value!)

Website Traffic:
The website gets right at about 1000 unique visitors a month. I recently did a little advertising for the domain and it has been picking up a good bit though!

Website Income:
There are currently 2 sources of income for the domain. There are 3 featured links that the users pay $2 a month for, so thats $6 a month (paid via PayPal).

Also the domain makes about $5 a month on Yahoo ad clicks. (I changed themes a couple of days ago and haven't added all the Yahoo ads back into it yet though.) So in all the website makes about $10 - $11 a month. Not a lot I know, but it does add to it's value a little bit.

Asking Price:
I am not dead set on any certain price, but only reasonable offers will be accepted. I'm thinking that somewhere in the $xxx would be reasonable.
When making your offer, please consider the revenue generated from ad clicks, the featured links, the free hosting, the PHPLD license and the free logo design.

Payment method:
The only acceptable method of payment is PayPal, credit or debit cards! Our PayPal account is a verified business account, so you do not need a PayPal account to make the payment.
