i have a pr7 domain name. top of yahoo for some very nice keywords, and currently only has 1 link on it.

I see it's a new domain only registered on 10-Mar-2006 so I guess its still being sandboxed by Google. Can you give some keywords the site is doing well on at the moment?

The links for the site are these paid links and if so how long have you paid for and what is cost of keeping them to keep the PR up?

most of the links are free links. (the good pr ones)

as to the sandbox, i believe google only gives PR to sites outside of the sandbox.
