Thread: Hitman!

So, whose gone to see it?

I was really looking forward to it and despite all the negative comments I've read about fans who were disappointed in the actor who plays 47 (Timothy Olyphant) I still loved the film.

Unfortunately, very quickly on in the film you see a 'soft' side to 47 which is by no means ever apparent in any of the games which is somewhat disbelieving and the fact that Tim has the most camp walking style I've ever seen (really doesn't suit a hitman lol!) the plentiful amount of action packed scenes more than made up for it.

To be honest, I would have been happy if the film was crap as I find the theme tune absolutely stunning, it was used in the game 'Silent Assasin' too and I recall leaving the game on the credits scene four hours after game completion just so I could listen to it

My suggestion is that if you like action packed films and aren't one of these "its not like that in the book" types then you'll probably enjoy it so go and watch it!

Looks complete crap. I'm never watching a film based on a game after I bored myself shitless watching Doom.

That's not hard though I've had nightmares that were better than doom for scaring me...

Gah you guys keep breaking my balls over this! If you like action packed films, go bloody watch it already :P
