    new futurama - The Beast with a Billion Backs

    anyone seen it yet? a classic futurama movie, pretty funny in places, too random in others

    I really did not enjoy the latest movie... The story line was quite weak I thought.

    Yeah, I have to agree, the new one is nowhere near as funny as the last one. I still enjoyed some moments, but otherwise the plot was very poor.

    The bender brick-sh!tting was about the funniest part, all too dull and obvious IMHO.

    I still haven't seen the movie but it is one of the few animations that entertain me - so one day I might get around to it .

    If this is the movie with the 'two dimensional freak octopus, everyone gets a free neck attachment' Futurama, then I have to agree with the majority and say that it was too long and too boring for an otherwise superb animation. It was as if they took a normal length episode and then stretched out for as long as possible. Problem is you can't laugh in slow motion in parallel to the flow of this feature length. Instead you have to laugh and then wait an eternity for the next funny moment!
