Tut, tut - you should have known the URL by now!

    It's WHC's new-ish sister forums.

Get either the Buffalo Airstation or the Belkin 54g kit.

I've used both and they are both good and under £100

I've got my 2 desktops sharing my ADSL with a Linksys wireless router and D-Link Ethernet modem. One PC uses Linksys' wireless PCI NIC and the other is hardwired to the router. The fat pipe sharing is fine but I'm having problems sharing files between the two machines.

I have a SAR703 ADSL modem connected to a Belkin Wireless router. I have two desktops hard wired in tot he router and then another desktop upstairs connecting using a belkin wireless PMCI card inserted in to a PCI converter. I use the same card for my Laptop as I rarely use both machines at once, just take it out when I want to use it in the Garden

That's what I've got and not had any problems with it once it's setup

Very fast and the card uses very little battery power.

Think I'll need to use an extension lead when I work in the garden as a P4 2.6 isn't too kind on the battery
