May I suggest if you tested a grammar and spelling checker before posting you may get a more professional and positive response?

    Edit:

Oh my lord, I see from your profile you are a 35 yr old Marketing Mgr.. Jesh... I assumed you were a kid in txt mode..

Is it just me who hates getting an sms that isn't written in english? I have told people who do it to not text me again - if they can't be bothered to press an extra couple of keys to write a message that actually makes sense, then I can't be bothered to try to interpret it.

That extends to the internet; if it's difficult to understand, then it's not worth reading. What surprises me is that if I was looking to hire anyone to work in a text-heavy role like marketing, I'd look for someone who at least had a basic grasp of spelling and grammar.

And anyone who said "sharing is caring" would get sacked on the spot, even if they did spell it correctly.

I didn't understand their point? A bunch of questions, no focus. If he/she asks "How to choose web host?" I would say that the first thing is to discuss your project with the provider and to see what they can do for you? It is a good idea to type the web host's name in the search bar in any of the popular Search engines. You'd see if this is a newbie company or it is a well-established web host.

Pricing and the structure of services are also important. I would go with overselling host... even most people do.

canned support replies send my pump into overdrive. Especially if I keep running into a wall of canned replies.

I agree with Ahoy that uptime is probably the most important factor for web hosting, because a site that is down is no use to anybody. However, when you look around various forums, it would appear that price is the factor that many people put at the top of their list, in the belief that:

    Low Price = Great Hosting

Unfortunately the real equation is more like:

    Price x Downtime = a Constant

Server uptime, 24*7 server availability are the key issues that need to consider before choosing any web hosting...
