hi I have a webbook from the carephone warehouse with tmobile broadband and every time i connect the modem to the computer it crashes does anyone els have this problem.

I think you need to give a lot more information. What crashes? The whole laptop? Does it freeze? Does it give you an error message? Does it just turn off? And anything else you can think of including.

Hi Melissa - I have a feeling that you have landed in the wrong forum for your problem!

Just take your purchase back to the Carphone Warehouse and get them to sort it out for you. Easy!

when i plug the modem into my computer the computer crashes, the screen just goes blank i do not get error messages or anything like that, and the computer is non responsive, i have a webbook and i am with tmobile does anyone have this problem.

Just repeating your original post will not get you anywhere. Take it back to the supplier as I said before.
