I read that the thread on wht about it and it seems some people think a new "entity" will be created and some think it is completely going.

Does seem that they filed for the type of bankruptcy to actually continue trading in some way shape or form.

Chapter 11, AIUI generally gives them a set amount of time for restructuring purposes to try ensure that they can continue providing services and the such.

I believe most of these customers have moved over to choopa in New Jersey, I don't think a new entity will be created.
