Whats the best web host for serving large downloads at high speeds? (e.g. 900kbps + )

I need a way to provide downloadable files to people at high speeds. At the moment my website is hosted with a UK company, and my website's download speed is around 500kbps on average. I realise this is relatively fast, but I'm providing large files, e.g. 2.5GB+ .

I basically need a service where the download speed is limited by the end user as opposed to the web host.

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

You'll find people can provide offers if you post in the Requests and products and services section. We're not allowed to tell you about our services in this section of the site, however I cant see why any decent host charging a decent amount would throttle your speeds.
