how to post on General Classifieds
trying to get rid of the one time cpanel and other modernbill license but just find that i can't post on the General Classifieds... anyone shed some lights please?

MB is now called Plesk billing and they give it away and still no-one wants it.
CPanel's ISTR are not transferrable

No idea on the classifieds posting requirements though
