Let us know you get on with them, I'd switch to them, be a damn site cheaper than using traditional landlines and 08's.

Ok, still public info under most of the versions of domain registration, including number and email address...

All info came from public resources including that great on line directory service our incumbent telco offer for free, so I don't feel any guilt or mercy.

Lets hope they aren't busily researching Net n*nny but having a frank discussion with their none 44 year old... Pilchard..

Where as an 0800 is free from any landline.

Personally I think having both is the answer and I'm sure that's what the vast majority do.

I've seen it on some T.V programmes that they advise 0800 is chargeable from certain landline providers, not found any though - perhaps they say it to cover themselves?

Are they chargeable from payphones?

Hotels charge for 0800's, VOIP providers often charge for 0800 numbers, there were a couple of "consumer telco" types that charged (not sure if they still do) ...

0800 is *perceived* as free ...
