Ah right - I've heard they are completely useless. Quite surprised they have any customers at all.
Source Code is quite probably refering to your HTML pages within the site you host with them.. eg index.html or somepage.html. Without knowing what the counter HTML code is, one can only assume that in needs to go between the BODY tags within one of your pages.

I assume all there sites are simular, I manage one of there shops for a customer, you should be able to login to a control panel at admin.oneandone.co.uk, see attached picture all that's listed there are the templates for each file just edit the one you need the counter to show in.
