Spam is illegal in some parts of the world (including the US and EU), and at the very best - grey area in other parts, so I wouldnt consider it to be commercial in the sense of bonafide businesses soliciting and using this method of marketting.

To put into your context with the above passage in mind, Fraud is also commercial...

I would, but only because I cant see a business selling ***** enlargement medication/services any other way. I sure as hell wouldnt have said ads on any site I run.

Still, these companies or organisations exist. There are plenty of avenues for these people to use. And im sure as hell that they dont care about their companies reputation or any morality issues. One goal in mind. Cash. And lots of it.

I'm tempted to setup an open relay, just to catch them at it and forward all logs to the authorities.

God I hate spammers. Die.

People who sell **** pills through spam arnt bonafide businesses, more of a 1 man band in china.etc doing it from his bedroom. The real businesses that are involved (ie, the pharmaceutical firms), dont use this practice.

No real firm would stoop to mass spamming in this method, because of the fear of a huge moral backlash and negative media focus.
