How many screen do you use? [2017]

Right simple question how many screens at home / work do you use, monitoring walls etc do not count in the vote but can be posted for e-penis purposes

if anyone hasn't seen it and wants to know the result from a few years back:
Original 2010 How many screen do you use.
2013 version How many screen do you use? [2013]

The vote is multiple choice so can select the number of monitors and the size & resolution

During the working day it varies so much pending location (27" iMac v 11" MacBook Air v 13" rMacBook Pro - all 3 could have an additional external display that is 24"-32") when I'm at home, I have a 2015 QNIX QX2710 driven by a 13" rMacBook Pro (2016 model). I have other devices, I don't turn them on, as I got sick of syncing the stuff I do want between multiple home devices.

Where I can, I just stick with the rMacBook pro which I can lift off the stand and go (1 x thunderbolt cable; 1 x power and 1 x "near flush" Transcend SDXC that is always inserted).

This excludes other devices I am given to use because its banking or Gov stuff.

I use 4 but kind of have 7.
I have the MBA to my left, 2*25" in the middle from a windows pc, then the MBP on the right.
I also have a 9" hung above the MBP which has the occasional bit like monitoring or what ever I dont really need but might glance at.
And the last 2 are 7" but only have 2 of the cameras on (gate and door).

I've been a lot more mobile recently and when travelling light this has been my setup:

Mac air, iPad air, Roost stand, mount clip and Duet for screen sharing without lag.

I now find the bigger the screen setup I have the more I tend to multi-multi-multi-task and get very little done.

So back in 2010 I had 5 (How many screen do you use.) at home.
I've gone as high as 4 at my previous job (4x23" wide), but now am back to just 3 at home & the office.

Home is 3x 23" wide screens (as 2 of the ones from the previous job belonged to me). Interestingly the 20" screen you see in the 2010 pic only gave up this year! At work I have a 15" Apple laptop, 24" Dell, and 22" Wide. Seems to do the trick, but looking to snag another 24" Dell

You're probably right on that. I keep thinking about getting more or bigger screens, but I worry it might just be information overload. At the moment I have two screens - one screen for whatever I'm primarily doing, whether that's in a browser or a terminal or two, and then the other screen handles my chat windows.

I'm currently on 2x 30" screens and the 15" screen on the laptop (now with a big chunk taken out of it after throwing a rack shelf at it... whoops!) but thinking about swapping the 2x 30" in for a single ultra-wide screen.

At home have 3 24inch monitors connected to the PC and when oncall / WFH laptop sits on the left and left monitor has duel inputs so switch between laptop and PC on it.

At work have the laptop screen and a single 24inch monitor although rumour has it we are going to a single 27inch 4k display

I used to have 3x 24" and 2x 22" - 4 in one machine and one in a kvm for my other machines - but I work from home and we're trying to move, so I was told to cut it down to 2x 24" to look more reasonable in photos. I miss my screen space for now, but I'm planning on getting 3x 27" QHD screens in retaliation when we've moved, and keeping the two 24" either side. Just have to find a desk big enough
