Cloud hosting is your best bet if your wanting to host a website, cloud hosting should be much easier to use for web hosting, although I would say look into a VPS if you know Linux or get shared hosting if you on a budget. Cloud hosting can have all kinds of problems, in my opinion, it is best to have your personal VPS or dedicated server for the best web hosting experience but it does depend on how many and what kind of website you're hosting.

What a ridiculous generalisation with no substance whatsoever to back it up.

Window hosting is usually managed by uPVC or aluminium frames, although timber is an attractive alternative, if a little pricey, and will need to be frequently repainted to avoid rot.

Cloud hosting tends to be performed by the sky, although can also be handled with a so-called "cloud chamber" - more convenient, but doesn't scale as well.

I'm not sure a website would work particularly well on either though.
