not a fan of perl, too clunky.

Im not familar with the program in question but im guessing its some type of help desk........ I made my own on PHP with a phat MySql db. far more graphical, and better suitedto my needs

that sounds cool, ive just installed perldesk fo rthe first time, i cant stand cgi it drives me mad and its always so irritating to install

you need a perl reader (I can e-mail one 2 u if u want), it reminds me of C++

Just got rid of perldesk as our support system as it is a pain to use.

we used the incomming email feature and for about 2 days it didnt irritate me but it is so quirky and easier just to reply to an email normally
