    New or ... ?
I've got a MacBook Air (standard 1.6Ghz) you could have for silly money. I may just have a MacMini in stock too.

I'd have to check the Mac Mini stockage, I don't like to carry it in stock (pain in the arse item to sell)

I could knock £150 off the retail of a MacBook Air.
    That's a pretty craaazzzyyy price.

I shall have a looksie tomorrow, don't hold you breath though. Only the Mac Air is something I know in stock.

Unless you can do a MacBook Air for 300-500 pounds you can forget it. .

Let me know if you have a MacBook or Mac Mini. Cheers.

slightly off topic, but I took delivery of a black MacBook on Saturday (to replace my aging white MacBook) and I am very pleased with it, it looks better on my desk (given most of my peripherals are black, such as the external monitor I have it plugged in to)

I didn't go into the office today, managed to get sucked into a meeting at Apple's EBC which managed to last all day.. Lunch on Apple, can't complain.

I did call in, no MacMini's. There may be a 2.4Ghz MacBook (White) which would have standard HDD but upgradeable RAM (comes with 2GB 667Mhz). If it's actually a stock item, I'll do you a silly price.

    Sean,
I'll PM you tomorrow once I waddle in. I have all iMac lines in stock, about 3-4 of each. I'd recommend the 3.06Ghz with the shweet graphics card.

    James,
You can have the MacBook Air I've got in stock I'll never re-stock the bloody thing, so one-time offer only. I'll PM you with MacBook (Black) pricings tomorrow as well.

I always felt the MacBook (Black) was silly priced... I get the fact it's different materials and a very different manufacturering process, but in reality your paying a significant amount for a tiny bit bigger HDD and the fact it's Black (over the 2.4Ghz white model) - even though it's not a 'limited edition' it's pretty rare, and still pretty sexy looking...

Also if you wanted a keyboard any PC one will do - just sellotape the cable to the brick and then rip off the keys you regularly use (i.e. ~) and throw them in the bin to make it more Mac user friendly .

The new generation of Mighty Mice actually have pretty good left/right click (and middle click.. and squeeze) which is all configurable rather easily in Sys Preferences. When you look at it, it could look confusing, as theres no specific 'line' or 'button' to differentiate, but while your using it, it all makes sense.

What I did find amusing was that a punter tried to use the infra-red based mouse on a glass table, and wondered why it didn't work.

    .

I agree, this Mac isn't for me its for the mrs. She's training as a graphic designer and some of the software she requires is Mac only (apparently).
