No offence, but you really don't want active coolers in a 1U case, you want passive - they tend to dry out their bearings very quickly and then melt them when they grind to a halt.

but i have only seen passive with a slide blowers
the £59 case using passive will that be ok ?

If you're looking for a generic 1u chassis then I would recommend the X-Case RM140 at £165 - 4 hotswap SATA drive bays, 400 watt PSU, 5x 10k RPM fans, full ball-bearing sliding rail kit and SKT775 cooler - you can't get much better value for money than that.
I've used a few of these Enlight cases in the past to house some 45nm Core2Duo's which are kept fairly cool with a decent active cooler (passive is a no go unfortunately).
The cases are very good quality and usually retail for a lot more so are a bargain at this price however be aware that if you are intending to build a cheap and cheerful system using a mATX board, your likely to come unstuck as these chassis do not accommodate audio stacks very well at all as they are designed for servers boards!
