What I was suggesting was adding Duncan to the group, and making an exception. Not opening the section up to all, which would pretty much kill this forum.

Maybe do access based on length of membership and post count - ie. if they've been a member for years but not posted much, take the time into account.

That way, you're not doing one rule for one, and one for everyone else.
