I have been a customer of Open Hosting Ltd for a few years now, and things have changed a lot over that time.

And mostly it has been for the better, the network is at its best, with very few poor routes and the occasional outage without announcment. But nothing of any major scale.

I do find it could be hard to obtain support out of hours if i did not have the direct contact details for a large number of the staff there.

For IP Transit i can't fault OH and a big thumbs up here!
