Where can i get a website creator without signing up to 1&1?

I really like the demo of WebsiteCreator availablt through 1&1:

Anyone know of a similar program, which has great template designs, and allows forms to be created.

You can create a simple website at:

There is only one template, but you can set your own colors, text, etc.
