Try using auto_prepend_file to print out $_POST and see what's happening.

I know this is an old post, but it got on my nerves I decided to open a support ticket, issue caused by a missing table - guess it got missed in the upgrade script:

 ALTER TABLE `tblhosting` ADD `overidesuspenduntil` DATE NOT NULL AFTER `overideautosuspend` ; 


I can now use that screen again!

Just to be pedantic, it's a missing column, not a missing table
